General Grant will introduce the third segment of the Civil War film series, “River of Death” at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.  “River of Death” is one of the films made by Great Divide Pictures for National Military Parks during the Sesquicentennial of the Civil War.  They have edited all of them to produce one feature length film about the Civil War.

The screening of “River of Death” will be followed by a discussion by scholars of the War and General Grant and a question/answer session held with the audience.

The event will be held in Blount Auditorium in Buckman Hall.  It is free and open to the public.  General Grant urges all who have an interest to attend.
