General Grant is honored to be the guest of the Jackson County (Alabama) Historical Association on the afternoon of Sunday, January 29th, instant. The meeting is to held in the Historic Scottsboro Railroad Depot Museum and is a free event.
General Grant will be addressing the Chattanooga Campaign and his efforts in the area to free the besieged Federal army from the grip of Braxton Bragg. He urges all, who may, to attend and talk with him about this significant and strategic struggle in East Tennessee, North Alabama, and North Georgia.
