General Grant will participate in the observance of the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Spring Hill (Tennessee), at beautiful Rippavilla Plantation in Spring Hill, TN, on the weekend of November 28-30th. A candlelight illumination of the Battlefield will open the activities on Friday evening. The event will end Sunday afternoon from 1:30-4:30 pm with tours of the Mansion and an exhibit from the Tennessee State Museum: “Common People in Uncommon Times: The Civil War Experience in Tennessee”
