Grant at Ames Plantation, 2012, #2Ames Plantation #2General Grant is pleased to announce that he will, once again, participate in the annual Ames Plantation Festival held in Grand Junction, Tennessee.  He was there in 2012.

The General will be talking about the importance of West Tennessee in the Civil War.

The Festival has crafts, demonstrations of early life in Tennessee, Morton’s Battery (Confederate Artillery Unit) showing how a cannon is loaded and fired, music of all kinds, and, of course, food from a large number of vendors.  A day there is a day well-spent for all who come.

For more information about the event, please contact Mr. Jamie Evans at: amesplantation.org   The telephone number is: 901-878-1067
